My Runner Mikayla
Tonight Mikayla and I took the dogs for a quick walk - well I thought we were going to walk but Mikayla decided to turn in into a run and boy was she fast. We did 1 mile in 17 minutes and when she was running she was running at about a 12:30 pace! She is only 3 1/2! I was so proud of her.

GREAT!! I really hope Charley likes to run when she is a little older. She has done 5 races with us so far in the jogging stroller :) I can't believe she ran a whole mile!! GO MIKAYLA!!
that's great! I'd like to get my son into running--he's so skinny! :)
