Back to Running - Neuroma still there??

It has been a month since my last run so it is now time to test it out. Yesterday, I went for an easy 2 mile run. It felt great. I really do love running. I am not confident that once I am back to running a normal week with normal mileage that my foot will be pain free. This is because after my two mile run I had pressure, no pain just pressure. That pressure was still there this morning.

I did decided not to run today and I went swimming at our new rec center. The pool is brand new and I had fun swimming laps. I am going to try another 2 miles tomorrow and see how it goes.

Sorry to hear about the pressure in your foot! I used to run, not marathon's or anything, just for exercise and as a stress outlet. I miss it, I should start again.

I made the roasted chicken recipe and it turned out great, the whole family loved it! Thanks for posting it!

definitely smart to ease yourself back into running!! I've found out the hard way it's so easy to reinjure yourself. :)
